Q: How Much Does a NeonXpert® Sign Cost?
Custom LED neon signs begin at $37 for a single letter. We pride ourselves on offering cost-effective, handcrafted LED neon decor items. Moreover, our dedicated team ensures top-notch support from design to delivery and even post-purchase.

Q: How Large Can LED Neon Signs Be?
We can create any sized sign. We've crafted a range from small table lights to external building signs that stretch nearly 120ft in length.
Our LED Neon tubes come in 6/8/9/10/12mm thickness. For legibility, the minimum height for letters is around 3-4 inches for standard/non-cursive fonts and 4-5 inches for cursive fonts.
If you're ordering a custom sign that's larger than 7ft 8in by 3ft 11in, it will be designed on two or more backboards. This not only ensures safer transportation but also allows us to offer the most competitive pricing. These backboards can be effortlessly aligned together upon setup.
Q: Do you provide design service?
We're delighted to extend a free design service to our customers. We'll provide multiple designs for you to choose from, without any additional charges.
If you reconsider and decide to alter or cancel your order before it enters the production phase, we're amenable to offering a partial or full refund. However, once your custom sign order has been approved and has entered production, we cannot process a refund. It's important to remember that a custom sign is deemed approved if "YES" is chosen during the ordering process.
We are committed to your satisfaction. Hence, we offer unlimited revisions and will only commence production when you're thoroughly content with the mock-up.
Q: What LED Neon Colors Can I Choose?
We proudly offer a diverse palette of colors, including: White, Warm White, Pink, Hot Pink, Blue, Ice Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow, Gold Yellow, Red, Purple, and RGB.
For those desiring versatility, our RGB color-changing signs are perfect. You can handpick the color for your sign or utilize the auto color-changing feature. With each Custom Neon RGB sign, you'll receive a remote equipped with a color wheel. This allows you to either select a static color or cycle through 7 distinct colors, paired with eight dynamic modes. These modes bring your sign to life with various flashing, pulsing, and flickering patterns.
Q: Are NeonXpert® Neon signs battery operated or do they plug in?
The majority of NeonXpert's offerings, including our signs, lights, lamps, and wall art, are designed to plug directly into a power socket. However, for our smaller designs, we provide battery pack options. Should you be curious about the compatibility of your custom design with a battery pack, please get in touch with us.
It's worth noting that most products from NeonXpert are accompanied by a 4.9ft transparent cord designed to connect to a US AC adapter. This adapter further features an additional 3-6ft of black cable for easy reach to your power socket. And to enhance your lighting experience, a complimentary remote & dimmer will be seamlessly added to your order during checkout.
Q: How do I hang or wall mount my NeonXpert® Neon sign?
Setting up your brand-new neon light sign is simpler than you might think. Custom Neon signs typically weigh between 6-11lb and come equipped with pre-drilled holes on their acrylic backboard. These signs are not just safe to transport but are also a breeze to install.
As a token of our commitment to your convenience, each of our signs is accompanied by free installation hardware. This includes essential items such as screws, screw caps, and chains to aid in hanging your sign effortlessly.

Q: Can you print an image on my NeonXpert® Neon sign?
UV printing stands out as a powerful technique to infuse your Custom Neon sign with vibrant, sharp images or text. By harnessing state-of-the-art ultra-violet lights to instantly cure the ink during printing, we can craft signs with exceptional vividness.
If you have a particular shade in mind, simply share your Pantone code or CMYK breakdown, and we'll ensure a perfect match!
And here's a bonus: There's absolutely no limit to the number of colors you can incorporate within your design.
