It's vital to note that while we're always eager to resolve any issues, returns and refunds are primarily extended for faulty products. Custom orders, given their unique nature tailored just for you, aren't generally eligible for return unless faulty. However, if a mistake occurs on our part, we'll be more than happy to address it.

NeonXpert offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or offer a partial refund for the product. The final decision regarding faulty products, including refunds for the product and/or shipping cost, is determined on a case-by-case basis. The source of the fault will be considered, and the final resolution is at the sole discretion of NeonXpert.

Returning Products to NeonXpert: Step-by-Step Guidance

 

  1. Contact Us: Navigate to our contact form and select the 'Delivery/Faults/Returns' option. Clearly mention the products you want to return and the reason behind the decision.
  2. Provide Visual Evidence: Attach a short video and photos of your sign. It's imperative for us to have both video and photo evidence to thoroughly diagnose the issue and for quality assurance. If you can't provide both, it might restrict our ability to assist effectively.
  3. Await Our Response: Once we have all the necessary details, our team will get in touch to navigate the best resolution.
  4. Returning the Product: If a return is approved, ensure that the faulty product is sent back in its pristine state, accompanied by all its original packaging.
  5. Timely Return: The faulty item needs to be returned for NeonXpert's inspection within 14 days from the date you initially received the product.
  6. Replacements: If a replacement is deemed appropriate, NeonXpert will strive to craft and dispatch the replacement item to you promptly.
  7. Refunds: In situations where a full or partial refund is settled upon, NeonXpert will keep you informed about when you can anticipate the refund.
